Blender Players & League Captains, fill out the form at right.  Deadlines are as follows:  

Sep. 9 = Blender Players & Experienced League

(1st games on September 19)
Blender = $30 / player
Experienced = $740 / team (8 games)

October 1 = Beginner, Mixed, Unrestricted Leagues

(1st games on October 10)
Beginner = $500 / team (6 games)
Mixed = $555 / team (6 games)
Unrestricted = $370 / team (4 games)

Attention Captains

CBA Captains are responsible for collecting team fees from their players and delivering payment in full by the stated deadline.  The CBA suggests using a credit card via Paypal, passing along the surcharge to your players.  If you are "stiffed" by a player or otherwise stuck with more than your fair share - please contact us.

CBA Captains must also complete a team roster (.xls)
