Beginner (deadline = Oct 5)
Games start Oct 14
$710 per team, 8 games + warm-up ball.
Co-ed. Limited to 6 teams max.


Mixed (deadline = Sept 28)
Games start Oct 7 or Oct 14
$780 per team, 8 games + warm-up ball.
Co-ed. Limited to 8 teams max.


Experienced (deadline = Sept 28)
Games start Oct 7 or Oct 14
$780 per team, 8 games + warm-up ball.
Co-ed. Limited to 6 teams max.


Unrestricted (deadline = Sept 22)
Games start Sept 30
$590 per team, 6 games + warm-up ball.
Limited to 4 teams max.

    The CBA will send you a PayPal invoice. Pay with a credit card and pass along the surcharge* to your players, as a convenience for being the captain.
